Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, this is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 90 days of receipt, as we offer a 90 day guarantee.

The return must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order must contain all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was received.

  2. The product shows normal handling only. Damage caused by careless use is excluded.

  3. Products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.

  4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

  5. Seesteady reserves the right to charge the customer for return shipping costs.

  6. Returns are processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the product has been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Any issues that occur after the order has been dispatched, including courier delays or strikes, are outside our responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for delays caused by these circumstances.

Important Product Usage Notice

To ensure the best experience with Seesteady, it is essential that the product is set up correctly and given sufficient time to demonstrate its full benefits. Our support team is available to assist throughout this process, and we ask customers to remain in contact with us so we can help optimize performance.

Seesteady is designed to provide genuine peace of mind, but only when it is used correctly and given a fair trial. For this reason, we reserve the right to decline refund requests if there is no reasonable evidence that proper setup and usage instructions were followed.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate a return.

  1. Send an email to support@seesteady.com

  2. Include the following information in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • Photo of the product in case of damage or defect

    • First and last name

    • Full address

Once reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Do not send the return to the sender address. Always wait for confirmation from Seesteady before shipping your return. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided the consumer is a natural person acting for purposes not related to commercial or professional activity.

Cancellation Conditions

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, has received the final item in the order.

Because we operate with a fully automated order processing system, orders are executed immediately after being placed. For this reason, it is not possible to cancel or interrupt the shipping process once the order has been dispatched.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Seesteady of your decision via a clear statement, such as an email. The withdrawal is completed only once the returned goods have been received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipments in Transit

Our products may be shipped from Canada, Europe, or Asia, depending on availability. Transit times may vary and are beyond our control.

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until the goods arrive and then initiate a return. You may notify us of your intention to cancel in advance.

To ensure the fastest processing of your return, we kindly ask that you provide a shipping confirmation once the item has been sent back.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs. Additional delivery charges resulting from choosing a method other than the lowest standard delivery option are also excluded.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods and your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense to our central warehouse in Canada, Europe, or Asia.
